I-Cam 4d
I-Cam 4D is a camera that utilizes photogrammetry to capture digital scans of the mouth immediately after surgery, the Imetric 4D system uses four synchronized cameras and titanium scanbodies for sub-5-micron precision. This level of precision ensures the most accurate model of dental implants can be manufactured to fit any patients mouth naturally and comfortably
Synchronized cameras record multiple angles simultaneously, reconstructing the exact 3D spatial coordinates of each implant and its orientation with sub-5-micron precision. The true spatial mapping system triangulates implant positions using photogrammetric algorithms developed for aerospace applications.

Our advanced digital impressions capture precise images of your tooth, eliminating the need for messy traditional molds. In just a few minutes, we design your crown, which is then milled from high-quality ceramic to perfectly match your natural teeth.
3D intraoral scans
What is the secret to making a great impression? At Brattleboro Dental Care, we use our intraoral digital scanner to ensure that the impressions we take are accurate, efficient, and comfortable every time.
Impressions are necessary for the fabrication of dental restorations, such as crowns, bridges, and dental implants. Our hand-held intra-oral scanner takes 3-dimensional digital video impressions with proven accuracy. Even the most challenging cases can be accurately scanned with our intra-oral scanner.
Another benefit to you is reduced time. When we send precise digital scans to our lab, your restorations require less preparation work and can be fabricated more quickly. This means you can have your restoration placed and be enjoying the results sooner than with traditional impression methods.
In the past, you may have experienced dental trays that filled with a soft substance that hardened into an impression of your mouth and teeth. With the intra-oral scanner’s small hand-held wand, we can take accurate digital impressions quickly and easily, without tripping your gag reflex.
Even more, as we complete your scan, you will be able to view the impression on the monitor along with us. This allows you to see more precisely why we have recommended restoration for your oral health needs.
In House Lab + 3D Printing
Using 3D printers allows us to print temporary arches, crowns, and retainers out of a liquid resin on the day of treatment, this allows patients to leave the day of surgery with a fully functioning set of teeth while the healing process takes place and the final teeth are being manufactured out of zirconia. This also allows us to quickly make replacement temporary crowns and arches if they become damaged or cracked during the patients healing period.

In our office we use several different milling blocks , these blocks allow us to create crowns and implants in office. one of these blocks is an Obsidian milling blocks which combine beauty and strength, offering single-unit crowns from the trusted lithium disilicate glass-ceramic material.
Obsidian milling blocks give us the ability to mill in-office restorations made from the versatile monolithic glass-ceramic. This allows us to deliver true-to-life translucency and esthetics to our patients.
